  • Where will the keys be stored?

    We partner with manned 24/7 facilities. The keys are in individual lockboxes gated by access codes.

  • How do I request my key?

    In case of a lockout, 24/7 you can either call our hotline or request a key delivery via our app.

  • Who can request my key?

    Our default is only allowing the account holder to request their key. If you wish, you can grant access to family or friends.

  • How much does the service cost?

    $5/month to securely store your spare key. Delivery costs either $20 ( prescheduled drop off between 8 AM - 8 PM) or $50 (8 PM - 8 AM). Way less than a locksmith—and way less stress.

  • How do I make a spare key?

    Most hardware stores will make a copy of a house key for a few dollars. If your key can’t be copied, reach out and we can connect you with a partner.

  • How do I get my key to you?

    We’ll pick it up via Uber Courier.

  • What if I want my key back?

    Just let us know! We’ll cancel your subscription and get it back to you within 48 hours.

  • Can my key be delivered to somewhere other than my house?

    Sure! We let you pick where you’d like the key to be dropped (in case you’re at a friend’s place or just don’t want your key to be dropped by your home).

  • Do you keep my address on the key?

    Nope—we care about your privacy. We associate the keys with a serial number, but we don’t need to know your address/what the key opens. As far as we’re concerned, our job is just to deliver you your key when you want it.
