We partner with manned 24/7 facilities. The keys are in individual lockboxes gated by access codes.

How do I request my key?

In case of a lockout, 24/7 you can either call our hotline or request a key delivery via our app.

Who can request my key?

Our default is only allowing the account holder to request their key. If you wish, you can grant access to family or friends.

How much does the service cost?

$5/month to securely store your spare key. Delivery costs either $20 (8 AM - 8 PM) or $50 (8 PM - 8 AM). Way less than a locksmith—and way less stress.

How do I make a spare key?

Most hardware stores will make a copy of a house key for a few dollars. If your key can’t be copied, reach out and we can connect you with a partner.

How do I get my key to you?

We’ll pick it up via Uber Courier.

What if I want my key back?

Just let us know! We’ll cancel your subscription and get it back to you within 48 hours.
